Effective September 20, 2026. InfraAlly LLC (“InfraAlly”, “we”).
If you use the contact form we store your name, email, company, phone, the service you selected, and your message, along with a hashed network address used only for abuse prevention. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and the pages requested. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
To respond to inquiries, to operate and secure the website, to perform contracted services, and to meet legal obligations. Client engagement data is handled under the statement of work and, where applicable, a data processing addendum.
Marketing inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner or a legal hold applies. Security logs are retained for a rolling 12 months. Client production data follows the contract.
Hosting, DNS, and email providers act as processors to deliver this site and optional notification mail. Local and Plesk deployments store inquiries in SQLite on the application host. We do not require a third-party form SaaS.
Email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete inquiry data we hold about you, or to object to processing that is not required by contract or law. We will respond within 30 days.
This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
