Healthcare · Lakeshore Health (anonymized)
A seven-hospital system needed 24/7 ownership of EHR-adjacent infrastructure, identity, and a service desk that understood clinical urgency.

After a failed MSP transition, Lakeshore’s CIO inherited undocumented firewalls, an EHR outage history, and a helpdesk that closed tickets while nurses waited on shared workstations. Imaging paths crossed the guest wireless. Backup jobs completed — restores were untested. The board had started asking whether IT was a patient-safety issue.
InfraAlly placed a named pod against the estate: clinical network redesign, identity cleanup, 24/7 monitoring, and a service desk trained on EHR and biomedical escalation. We rebuilt backup around the EHR, PACS, and revenue-cycle services with quarterly restore tests. Privileged access moved into a vault. The guest and clinical networks stopped being cousins.
